Wilstead had already had Wixam built within its boundaries! Why not just make Wixam bigger rather than overwhelming Wilstead village. The volume and density of house proposed will impact negatively on roads, overwhelm strained existing resources, such as dentists, GP and school places. The fields are used for recreation, dog walking and play which will affect a great many people in the village if this space is built on.
