This proposed site would completely destroy the "rural" nature of Kempston Rural Parish. A development on this scale would create huge problems of traffic congestion, noise and is not in keeping with the rural character of the area. The necessary additional infrastructure development would require substantial additional investment. Protected species have been recorded on the site.
