The wood and the most of the rear gardens of the Reid Court houses are designated as a Wilstead Village Open Space, Policy AD40. This designation imposes planning restrictions on the houses and wooded area. The need for the village open spaces has not changed and therefore the wooded area should not be included in the ID 236 designated area.
