Two principal objections:
a) Flooding Risk Even if the development is on land rated risk 1, it immediately abuts land which is risk rating 2 and 3. The area is prone to frequent flooding, as the brook cannot cope with the degree of run off from the hill along the south eastern side of the village. The road is regularly impassable in this area
b) The High Street is overloaded with vehicular traffic, both two and from the school and heavy transporters to and from the egg factory

Any development should be limited to the previous school footprint
