The proposed number of houses will negatively impact hugely on the village.
The allotment gardens are a true local resource and any reduction in this area is a retrograde step.
The 2 access points to the north are to Northamptonshire.
The other accesses will substantially increase traffic on Rushden Rd, already busy and where speed indicators show a high level of speeding [over 50% of vehicles break the speed limit.] Further traffic capacity could not be accommodated.
