Part of the site is designated common land CL42 and has a grade 2 listed farmhouse NO 1393609 Dec 09.
The site is undeveloped agricultural land and a small woodland area.
Developing Poplar Farm and the agricultural fields will have a detrimental effect on the existing flooding on the lower ground in the village , water runoff and managed water disposal will make the problems of flooding properties worse.
Wymington has no amenities and no shop.
Poplar Farm is the last of 4 farms in the village it should remain as farmland.
