Site of employment and the only pub left in the village. Building houses in the pub carpark will have a detrimental effect and will force the landlord to leave/close the pub.
The village has no shop or amenities.
The proposed entrances are on very busy roads and is felt will be dangerous.
The houses are to be built next to the railway lines, they are extremely busy and noisy.
The road floods regularly and on occasion the pub. Houses built in the carpark will have a detrimental effect on the flooding problems in the area.
