I would support this with caution, if the Garden Community were to be sustainable and meet the aims it sets out in it's masterplan that would be something to celebrate. If it takes the pressure of building new houses in historical villages all the better. As previous resident off Welwyn Garden City I would endorse this kind of planning. As the South of Bedford has had Wixams I can see the fairness of a establishing a similar community in North Bedfordshire.
