Site 530 offers opportunity to create community access to parkland preserving protected tress, and river frontage with multiple footway links connecting site with village. Site has natural defensible boundaries of river, existing developments off Parkside and Radwell Road and hedgerow with established trees screening River Lane. Site 530 integrates with heart of community and easy access to local amenities such as pub, primary school etc. Road access via existing Parkside junction with adjustments would flow well with existing field gateway converted to site entrance and access road, creating safer, slowed site traffic up to A6 junction without affecting Parkside access.
