I have supported this statement as it is heartening to hear the BBC's very late acknowledgement that Covid has had a massive impact on previous plans. It is a shame that the BBC has not apparently transferred this revelation to its supposed consideration of the disastrous EWR vanity project, but there is still time to do the right thing and consult properly on that - including ROUTES.
