Why does there need to be such huge new housing development in the Oxford Cambridge arc? Much of the land is rural and productive agricultural land which should be kept as such - once it has been lost, it is gone forever.
Any large scale allocations over 2,500 homes should not be agreed until the Oxford Cambridge arc has developed its spatial strategy.
