Proposed site is greenfield, adjacent to heritage sites and outside of Settlement Policy Boundaries. This is an ancient "ridge and furrow" field.(SSI?) Access to site extremely limited via single track road to Church, with access to High Street /Spring Hill at brow of hill via blind junction. Negative impact on form of village.
