-Healthcare: inadequate GPs/difficult to create new one

-Transport: roads inadequate

-Amenities: Bushmead Rd surface poor/water pipes burst

-Pollution ++&concentrated

-Emergency: further from town/longer call outs

-Timing: longer to build large site in phases than multiple mini sites
