As the site is partly brownfield and low grade land would be a good place for new settlement with space for business and near Thurleigh airfied which also has good job opertunities.
EWR will be passing so a Bedford north station would give good transport link. A Milton Earnest bypass would improve transport with A6 upgrade which is already needed.
Close to Bedford bringing much needed boost to economy and north Bedfordshire.
