1. The field fronting Rushden Road is a 'Ridge and Furrow' and of historical interest
2. Many species including Red Kites and Woodpeckers nest in the area
3. The site is full of old land drains and the site already floods from the southern section
4. The village has already been substantially developed in my lifetime and Rushden Road is already very busy
5. Access to the A6 is already difficult from the village due to the weight of traffic presently using the A6
6. If this large development took place Wymington as a village would cease to exist
