The increase in the proposed Dennybrook site was made known to us by the stealthy release of the 'Vision Document' in late May 2021. There was no reason to continue to consult the relevant BBC website as we understood that the time limit for submission had ended. No indication was given that the deadline was 'flexible'. The Parish Council was unable to set up group meetings because of the pandemic and not everyone in the Parish has a computer, sufficient confidence to use Teams or adequate connectivity to support such a platform.
