Much of the land in the Oxford Cambridge arc is rural and with productive agricultural land. This should be reatained and not allocated for large scale housing developments. We believe that any large scale allocations over 2,500 homes should not be permitted until the Oxford Cambridge arc has developed its spatial strategy.
