This is proposed on prime agricultural land, with a depth of wildlife habitats.
Roads surrounding development are narrow, often not wide enough for 2 cars. With no employment or shops, new house residents would be reliant on cars to commute and shopping due to lack of public transport.
The size would dwarf the existing hamlet, and destroy the character of Duloe.
