Representation Summary:

There should be maximum buffering of open green space or substantial hedging/trees between new settlements and existing villages, to ensure existing/historical villages and their character are not engulfed and lost.

Any new settlement adjacent to a village should ensure development immediately next to existing village be housing only of no more than two floors and not commercial or leisure buildings. To ensure character of existing village is not lost.

New highways should be created for new settlements and existing village roads should be retained - existing village should not become a main road or rat run for new settlements.
