Need to entice STEM based occupations and sites or others
We don't wantthe traffic associated with logistics and not everyone can manage heavy warehouse work.
As a highly educated individual, I find myself working for companies outside Bedford as there is nothing here to use my skills.
Job types are poor, insecure and with little prospects for people to better themselves
