This site current consists of ancient woodlands that are essential to the natural world, including rare species, in this area. Building in this area will decimate this environment. Any planned offsetting would be pointless as it causes certain destruction of habitats in one place for the uncertain hope of reconstructing them elsewhere. It will take upwards of 140 years for any site to be as good as it was previously even if you find enough local land in Renhold for offsetting (assuming the the offsetting would take place in Rehnold which it may not).
