This is not Wixams East, this is land north of Wilstead and that has been the case long before the 2015 creation of Wixams. Wilstead has 1,000 homes today and adding 2,100 and annexing land off to Wixams will destroy important food-providing countryside at a time which wheat is under threat globally. This land is the rural farming land to the north of Wilstead and a key walking route which has been around for centuries. The land is flooded regularly, building on it is dangerous and negatively impacts existing villagers. It will fundamentally damage local biodiversity. Wilstead is being ruined.
