The plan involves building large number of houses and an industrial estate in the historic village of Elstow. Elstow is exceptional in Bedford area attracting tourists wishing to see the historic buildings. The proposed developments will totally ruin the historic nature of the village and it's attraction. The proposed developments are on prime agricultural land, which at a time when we need to become more self sustaining as a nation, is absolute folly. I have recently had plans for a conservatory at my house turned down yet you wish to turn the village into a housing estate. Shame on you.

I object to another 2100 properties being built along the A6. There is no infrastructure being built regarding village 1 2 & 3 just constant houses. It will add enormous pressure on traffic parking and schools, which already is at bursting in Wixams. All green space is being used up with houses.
