Neighbourhood centres should be identified to enhance and protect their status as part of the application of 20 Minute Neighbourhoods. Such a strategy could help support sustainable communities. Such allocation and policy recognition would add strength to Policy TC1S, support substantiality and give certainty for all (for example residents, investors).
