This also needs to be updated in view of the post pandemic changes in retail, working from home and travel, much of the office/retail space in Bedford may need to be redeveloped for housing to regenerate the town not rely on retail/jobs. Park and Ride is to be favoured over centrally locating transport hubs in the town centre.
