Land is tucked away, would not cause inconvenience to village residents. Development of the area would provide jobs and facilities in the local area. If there could be a community orchard on this site this would be well recieved. I know they are elderly residents in the area who would like to downsize, bungalows? The Parish Council seems to have turned a blind eye requests to develop this part of the village and there is a lot to offer from this site.

511 has potential for upto 100 houses approx, which may protect the village from housing sprawl by future zoning in New government planning policy with defensible boundaries. Site integrates with heart of village, is well screened from A6 with available access points. Careful development could improve current rough land without increasing the scale of the village.
