Site Assessment Pro Formas

Representation ID: 5333

Received: 03/09/2021

Respondent: Mr Michael Lennox

Representation Summary:

A development of 20 houses here would an infil of a large proportion and therefore an intrusion into a wonderful rural setting with views over Bedford. It skirts the old established historic, oak tree lined, carriageway from Howbury Hall via the War memorial to the Church used for many years in the past. It also uses up good farmland. In my view it spoils the lanscape and rural environment.
