Good use of space and brownfield site. Local to town centre so reduces car journeys and good access to train station

Part is Northamptonshire, not Bedfordshire? The sheer size will double and swamp existing village, it will ruin the village feel and allotments. Real concern for the infrastructure and traffic due to sheer scale; Dr surgery is already bursting. Smaller developments are fine within the village or outskirts but this is too much along with all the other proposals.

I think I objected to this one previously..but by mistake - it should have been 896.

The site is within the urban area and public transport is available. Ideally the development could contribute infrastructure funds to improve the cycle route and perhaps offer a segregated route.
