Backland development of the worst kind. No public open space, no amenity, inner urban level of housing density.
Dag Lane Kings Close Church Lane and Rotten Row were not constructed to cope with this volume of traffic, either at the junctions with the proposed development or along the roads themselves.
The High Street from Sharnbrook Road to Gold Lane is already heavily trafficked, being the only practical entrance to the developments off Gold Lane and College Drive, and has parked cars along both sides because many properties on that part of High Street have no off-street parking.
