Representation Summary:

This development will increase congestion through the village which will impact most residents as most houses live on Church End or one of the 5 "Ends". Our recent neighbourhood plan surveys demonstrate the importance of peace and tranquillity to our residents who have chosen the rural way of life for a reason. Surely it would be better to use this land for agriculturally?
