All traffic would be via unclasified roads. with the works to Blackcat and A1.The lane access to A1 is to be closed and routed to new roundabout at on Roxton road,possable flood issue and loss of wildlife habitat.

This development is on prime agricultural land surrounding Begwary brook, and will increase flood risk.
The size of development would destroy character of existing villages surrounding it.
Local roads, even after proposed HE changes associated with Black Cat improvement works will not cope with resulting increase in traffic.
