We would support the allocation of this site for residential development.
There are a number of inaccuracies in the site's assessment however, points 4a and 9b appear to make inaccurate assessments with regard to the presence of heritage assets in proximity to the site and the quality of the land.
We have made detailed comments in respect of how any concerns around points 2a, 2c, 2d, 3a, 15e and 15f might be overcome if the site proceeds to the next stage of assessment.
