Historic Environment Topic Paper

We particularly welcome the preparation of the Historic Environment Topic Paper which provides helpful background to the emergence of policy.
It is particularly helpful in explaining some of the more complicated background to certain sites.
It would be helpful to include links to all the HIAs in this document (we note there are links to some of the Call for Sites maps/forms and also a list of some of the additional HIAs but a combined list and links to the HIAs themselves would be useful).
