I cannot understand how a development in Wyboston or Little Barford which is adjacent to St Neots is going to help the Town of Bedford. Residents will shop in St Neots and most likely work there, Cambridge or London. Bedford will not benefit at all.
The development needs to be surrounding Bedford as per option 2A

Option 2a is in my opinion the only one that is going to benefit the Town of Bedford. The others will take business to St Neots.
