The Site Assessment Proforma should reflect the fact that Enabling Development for the water sports lake at this site is already included in adopted policy (AD23 of the A&D Plan) and has been considered acceptable by an Inspector. What is being sought is an amendment to the mix of uses in an updated allocation policy and the site must be assessed having regard to this context.
