BBC urgently needs to take a position on providing residents who do not have their own off-street parking with the ability to access their own residential electrical power supply in order to charge their own electric vehicles when parked on public streets. Providing public or commercial electric power supply is not the answer, since this discriminates against those who do not have off-street parking.
