The increase in the proposed Dennybrook site (977) was made known to us by the quiet (and in my view underhand) release of the 'Vision Document' in late May 2021. We had no reason to continue to consult the relevant BBC website as we understood that the time limit for submission was over - we did not know that it was 'flexible'. The Parish Council was unable to set up group meetings because of the pandemic and not everyone in the Parish has a computer, sufficient confidence to use Teams or adequate connectivity to support such a platform.
