The consultation on the draft plan is totally misleading. It is not clear that alternative options can be proposed other than the 4 presented.
Nowhere is it made clear that the new settlement at Dennybrook would be the first phase of a development of 10,800 homes.
The full impacts of Dennybrook and Little Barford as new settlements should be fully assessed with regard to their impact on St Neots and should be fed into the assessment of all options independently.
Choice of sites should be decided in a full council meeting (not executive) and any decisions made fairly and without any conflict of interests re Dennybrook.
