If Bedford borough council stick to their ‘vision and objectives’ statement then Dennybrook would be deemed a totally unsuitable site for development. It will increase pollution due to a huge increase of traffic. Reduction in food production as the proposed development site is on high quality agricultural land. Increase the risk of flooding in an area with a history of flooding. Bedford town centre would not benefit from the Dennybrook development as it is too far away and the nearest town is St.Neots. The Dennybrook development would ruin the character and beauty of the parish and destroy valued local landscapes.
