There is no guarantee that the E-W Rail project will be complete; the solution proposed is flawed, under costed, excessively environmentally destructive and hotly contested. The assertion 'will be complete' is therefore totally speculative.
6th Paragraph:
There are further hollow statements contained here when the full extent of environmental destruction that will result from the Borough Council's preferred E-W Rail Route and subsequent Alignment is properly analysed.
