Theme 2: More Accessible Objectives
All 3 objectives are compromised by the insistence of the E-W Rail solution going through Midland Road Station. This will increase congestion around that area and be destructive to community living areas during build and will not achieve the first/last mile journey improvement promised. A southern parkway station as the main E-W Rail interface would have avoided the congestion due to be incurred through the proposed solution.
