Pedestrians, cyclists, and scooter users including electric powered scooters must be encouraged.
If the council is serious about climate change the must act to enable travel other than by car for work, retail, and leisure to be a serious and workable option.
This could also include improving paving and access for right of ways and bridleways.
Especially neglected access such as bumpy lane in Shortstown.
