Representation Summary:

I think it is inappropriate fundamentally to alter the Development Strategy for the entire Borough using a partial review and update. To cater for the number of dwellings suggested whilst attempting to align with an ‘emerging’ strategy for the Arc does not appear transparent. Especially as it is an ‘emerging’ and not final strategy. Bedford Borough Council (“BBC”) should prepare a full Local Plan Review. It would be transparent and fair to reconsider its approach to allow for long term planning.
