Representation Summary:

Electric charging points should be provided at all new homes and business premises, homes should be built to a high standard and well insulated (but still with access to loft storage space without compromising the insulation, bicycle parking should be provided, developments should include considerable green spaces, wooded areas and biodiversity gain of at least 20%. A very high level of flood protection should be included as this is likely to become an increasing issue. Fitting in with the character and feel of the location/village where build is being sited, should be a major influence factor with good neighbourhood consultation around impact on retaining rural life.
