I object to the inclusion of this site. It is in an elevated position on the brow of the hill, close to 2 storey residential housing. The Executive report (April 2022) page 6 states the estimated capacity of the site is 15 dwellings. The call for sites application is for 30 apartments. A recent pre-application consultation event by the developer shared plans for 36 apartments within a four storey building. The plan states that development must be appropriate in terms of both mix and massing for a site in such an elevated position which the current proposed allocation is not.
