Vehicular access could be provided from Kennell Hill. Additional pedestrian access could also be achieved to Mill Road. Low to moderate congestion patterns on Kennell Hill and all surrounding areas near Sharnbrook. Bus route 50 and VL11 are adjacent to the site, with service of >1 bus per hour. Narrow pavement cannot be widened, except for small stretches surrounding the site, but a footway or crossing could be implemented on the southern side of Kennel Hill fronting the site.
