I wish to state my objection to your proposal on the grounds of coalescence with Great Barford.
Development land has already been allocated for 500 houses in the Great Barford Neighbourhood Plan. This land (Great Barford West) is contiguous with your identified plots at Water End and St Neats Road.
You must consider carefully the cumulative impact on both villages of the already allocated housing and now the potential employment development.
Each village has its own unique identity.
Your proposal would not only merge the two villages together but would also make urban sprawl and coalescence inevitable.
You must stand firm and reject this proposal before it is too late.
