I wish to state my objection to your proposal on the grounds that there are more suitable, more sustainable locations within the borough than this.
Urban Bedford has better transport links with sites that offer more sustainable travel options.
You already have a number of business parks within the borough that have space for expansion. Why not develop one or more of these where the infrastructure is already in place?
The real reason is this. You are not looking to have a Science Park. That is pie in the sky nonsense. What you really want is to get planning permission and you will then allow planners to build more houses or more warehouses.
You have no regard for the people who have chosen to live in rural North Bedfordshire. You are just looking to meet meaningless targets. Now that the OxCam Arc has been scrapped, there is no need for any of this, so you need to stop, think and put a halt to this sacrilege.
