We recently moved into [the area](redacted). We had a survey completed on 1 March 2022 with no mention of any works in the area of 750 meters of the property. You can understand I hope, the surprise and distress to find out now of the pending building works planned for 2024, for a campus style of 30 plus hectors.

I would appreciated being informed of any meeting relating to this building plan so that I may attend and keep myself updated as my property is [close to] (redacted) the proposed site.

I believe a wooded area will be planted right next to my property. This will take away our beautiful view and restrict my property of light if they are too close and without a buffer zone between my boundary and the first trees.

The trees need to be dense enough to stop A) sight of any buildings and B) stop all noise from buildings, vehicles and light pollution.

Added to my concerns is for the mental health wellbeing of my partner. We came here as it was a quiet and calming location and it would help with my partner's anxiety and depression. Having not learnt of the changes it has created huge anxiety and stress for her.
