There is a wide range of wildlife in this area, some of which is endangered.
Roads are too narrow to accomodate increased traffic and are already congested at peak times.
Damage to existing buildings due to increased traffic - including buildings of historical interest.
Countryside views lost forever
Serious impact on drainage - increased flooding
Infrastructure cannot accomodate the additional housing
